Service Satisfaction Guarantee
At Wluzarinaihrexar, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our furniture assembly and repair work. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we will work with you to make it right.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here is our cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund of any deposit
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the appointment: 50% refund of deposit
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: No refund of deposit
- No-shows without prior notice: No refund and may incur additional fees for future bookings
Rescheduling
Need to reschedule? No problem. You can reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if you provide at least 48 hours notice. Contact us by phone or email to arrange a new time that works for you.
Workshop Cancellations
For our furniture workshops and skill sessions:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the workshop: Full refund
- Cancellation 3-7 days before the workshop: 50% refund or credit for a future workshop
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the workshop: Credit for a future workshop only
- If we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund or credit at your choice
Service Warranty Claims
If you experience issues with our workmanship within the 90-day warranty period:
- Contact us immediately to report the issue
- We will schedule a follow-up visit to assess and repair the problem
- Warranty repairs are provided at no additional cost
- If we cannot resolve the issue, we will discuss refund options
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days:
- Credit card payments: Refunded to the original card
- Cash payments: Refunded via check or in-person
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exclusions
Our return policy does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents after service completion
- Normal wear and tear
- Defects in furniture products themselves (contact manufacturer)
- Issues arising from customer-supplied parts or materials
- Services performed at customer request against our recommendations
